About Stacked Creator
Last updated
Stacked Creator is an independent publication for people who sell to other businesses without a big sales department behind them — solo founders, freelancers, consultants and small agencies.
Why this site exists
Getting your first B2B customers usually means outbound: finding the right people, reaching their inbox, following up, and keeping track of every conversation. The tools for each step are powerful, but their pricing pages are confusing, their limits are buried in help docs, and most “reviews” online are thin lists written to rank rather than to help.
We write the guides you’d want before committing budget to an outbound stack: what each layer of the stack does, what the tools actually cost once credits and seats are counted, what the mailbox providers now require from senders, and which option fits which situation.
What we cover
- Deliverability — domains, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, sending limits and the sender requirements of Google, Yahoo and Microsoft.
- Cold email tools — sequencing platforms compared on pricing model, inbox rotation, multichannel steps and limits.
- Lead data and enrichment — how B2B databases price credits and how to avoid paying twice for the same contact.
- CRMs for small teams — pipelines, calling and follow-up without enterprise overhead.
How we research
Every guide is built from primary sources: vendors’ pricing pages and documentation, and official guidance from mailbox providers and regulators. Volatile details such as prices and plan limits are dated, and we update guides when they change. We don’t publish invented benchmarks or pretend to have run tests we haven’t. Read the full editorial policy.
How we make money
Some links on Stacked Creator are affiliate links: if you sign up for a product through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide what we recommend, and we don’t sell positive reviews or guaranteed coverage. Details are in our affiliate disclosure.
Who’s behind it
Stacked Creator is an independent publication based in Japan, writing for an English-speaking audience in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and beyond. We’re not owned by, or affiliated with, any of the software companies we write about.
